Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Packed Sites website at packedsites.com and the services we provide. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

Packed Sites is a Heritage Growth Ventures company. We build and maintain websites for home services contractors, including HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical companies, across the United States.

Our studio headquarters is 4690 Millennium Drive, Suite 300, Belcamp, MD 21017.

We offer three plans: Launch, Growth, and Scale. Each plan combines a one time build fee with ongoing monthly care. The features included vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

Visibility services are an optional add on, sold separately, and are not included in any plan.

Build fees and monthly care are billed as agreed when you sign up. Annual plans are paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Setup fees are never negotiated.

Monthly care carries a 12 month minimum term. If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it before pausing work.

Launch and Growth sites are live in 7 days or the setup fee is free. Scale builds are live in 14 days or less. These timelines depend on you providing content, access, and approvals on time.

If we are waiting on something from you, the timeline pauses until we receive it.

You agree to provide accurate business information, content you have the rights to use, and timely feedback during the build.

You are responsible for keeping any login credentials we provide secure and for telling us promptly if something about your business changes.

You own your business content and your domain. If you cancel, your site files are yours to take with you.

We retain the rights to our underlying tools, templates, processes, and know how that we use to build and run sites.

You agree not to use the site or services for anything unlawful, not to scrape or copy the site in bulk, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.

The demo sites, sample scorecards, and example metrics on this site are fictional and illustrative. They show what a site or report can look like.

They are not promises of results for your business.

We do not guarantee search rankings, placement in AI answers, lead volumes, or revenue. Our ROI calculator is an estimate only, and actual results vary by market, trade, and business.

What we do commit to is the work itself: building your site, maintaining it, and reporting honestly on what it does.

The site and our services rely on third party providers, including cloud hosting, email delivery, and messaging platforms. Some demo sites also link to third party financing providers.

Those providers have their own terms and policies, which apply to their services.

The site and services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties beyond what is required, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

You can cancel monthly care any time after the 12 month minimum term by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

When you cancel, your domain stays yours and your site files are yours to take. Ongoing services, including hosting, edits, and reporting, end with the final billing period.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
