Privacy Policy

When you request a free AI Visibility Snapshot or a free homepage mockup, you give us your name, business name, website address, trade, city and state, email address, and phone number. The mockup form also asks which plan you are interested in.

You also give us information any time you call, text, or email us directly.

Like most websites, our hosting platform keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the time of your visit. Our platform also captures technical error reports so we can fix problems with the site.

We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics scripts on this site.

We use the information you give us to respond to your request, prepare your snapshot or mockup, follow up about our services, and improve what we build.

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to running and growing our business with you.

We work with a small number of service providers to run the site: a cloud hosting and database provider that stores form submissions, an email delivery service that sends us lead notifications, and the Telegram messaging platform, which delivers lead alerts to our team.

These providers only receive the information needed to do their job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data on your device so the site works correctly, for example to remember that you have already viewed a private preview page during your visit.

When you submit a form, your submission is stored in our private database and our team is notified by email and by a Telegram message so we can respond quickly.

Our forms include basic spam protection. Submitting a form is always optional, and you can simply call or email us instead.

When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request and our services.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or just ask us directly and we will stop.

We keep lead and customer records for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Form submissions are stored in access controlled database tables that are not readable from the public website.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a problem that affects your information, we will act on it promptly.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you rights over your personal information. This can include the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses.

To exercise any of these rights, email jeff@packedsites.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, because we simply do not do it.

This site is a business to business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site and demo sites may link to third party websites, such as a financing provider. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted.
